In Forza it is possible to turn on a HUD element that overlays a suggested racing line on top of the road (see screenshot below). I wish ED would do the same thing to point out the ideal path to assigned landing pads. It can be very difficult to find said assigned pad and I would think such technology would exist in the future (since it already exists in cars today).
