Hello all. I've been playing Elite since the end of December and enjoying the trade and exploration. The weekend is the only time I have and some time off so it take a bit of time to earn credits. My first time out I pick up some fines and learn from it, got blown up by the station as took going to long to dock " facing the correct way on the pad helps" and got blown up on a mission while checking the map. All and all lesson learn and a great help on reading the forum on some tips. I have upgrade to Hauler to an Adder and for scouting the Mklll and some fast credit because opportunity present itself and move on ever so close to the edge of civilisation.
I'm solo at the moment and eventually on open. I enjoy that I have to learn this game a figure my way out of a situation. I never have weapons as I usually manage to get way unharmed or some damage. Always looking forward for an interdiction and trying my skill on the escape vector. Anyhoot I'm in my late 50's and been playing games since the Atari came out. Love the trading and exploration.
