Time to start throwing you weight around with the navy then. Demand a cushy office in the best Station and order fleets into action to spread the will of whom ever you are an admiral for. Or you could go back to flying around the galaxy on your own doing odd jobs.

I did it in three days by refreshing the bulletenin board for charity missions. It was really hard. Can I have some rep?

Been playing since release so not been in a major hurry. And in tonight's bulletin board appeared the Naval promotion opportunity mission. Haven't seen one of those for a long long time.
So dusted down and took my best fighting ship out and killed me an anaconda as per mission. And in celebration any Rep received will be reciprocated. Hoorah !
