I'm back after a four month break, what did I miss?

What is the state of the mission board at this point anyway? I know at first there were lots more missions than before, ("too many"), and then they changed it. At this point it seems to be pretty much the same as 2.3; but I never had a huge problem with the board back then, so maybe there are improvements I don't notice?

edit: And the last time I was at a station with two factions in it, they only had a few missions each, all of which were mining and donations missions.

I generally have dozens of missions to chose from, and every faction always has at least a few. Smaller systems previously often had no missions at all in 2.3, but I am in a tiny system now and there are often many to chose from. The type is dependend on economy and state, so you can decide the missions you want and find a system that offers them using galmap filters. :)

Thanks Codger! Err yeah, I guess (imho - by definition). If you go there, expand the "Trending" spoiler (still hate that word, still looking for something better) and then also expand the "Older Stuff" spoiler a bit further down then yeah, I guess not a bad potted history of what's caught my eye on the forums in recent history. Hmmm, I wonder if I ought to start dating my Trending entries?

I had decided upon my return that I need a Python. In order to afford that ship Ceos/Sothis was mentioned, however I can not plot a route to these systems. ?

I could alternatively get a clipper. if I was in to grinding and becoming "more than a squire". My Cobra III has arrived in Wu Guinagi and the missions seem less than ideal. Agin, ?

Cobras are cool, but one wants to fly something a little different and a little groovier.

Hibachi, all about the groove...
