Im back at Azeban station when logged back in. This is not where I logged out.

As title says. I did log back in after a week no playing and I find myself in Azeban City station in Eranin.
When I left I was out with the Mercs of Mikunn near the Pipe [STEM} nebula.
I still have all my ships and my money, so nothing seems missing.

Anyone seen similar issues?

Just logged out in the black or docked at a new player built station, or one under construction that was "completed" under the tick? The algorithm might have decided the safest thing to do was move you to the last good place.

Only when I was docked at a rescue megaship that left the game when the station was fixed and when I was at a station that got Thargoided, so not recently

Hey, did you ever find out what caused this? I just picked the game up on PC and after transferring my old Xbox account progress, I also found myself at Azeban Orbital, along with all 14 ships that were definitely docked back on Jameson Memorial when I last played on Xbox.

Have you checked to make sure all your permits came across because it might be that the system thought that you shouldn't have access to JM and moved all your ships to a default orbital which Azeban Orbital might be one of (I'm only guessing, but it seems to be the most logical reason).

all slackers are sent to azkaban!
i was couple times sent to weird places completely across the bubble. iirc happened mostly when i logged out in attacked port during the thargoid war and the goids in the system were defated when i was offline. never found out what triggered it, but i suspect it was some kind of system state change...
