I don't see what's wrong with using dinosaurs, especially since that was one of the most popular add-ons in the ZT franchise.

Of course, if you're talking about the whole Scale vs Feathered thing, ZT's been known to try to reflect modern science in the past, and I have a feeling this wouldn't be an exception, especially since technically, Jurassic Park's designs are copyrighted.
