I'm convinced I'm bugged.

I've been doing missions for Empire sub-factions in two clusters with for the past three days. Countless courier, sourcing, smuggling, and combat missions. All of the factions I've been working with show that I am allied. I am allied with the Empire. I have not had a naval progression mission in those three days. I am stuck at Lord. I am growing incredibly frustrated.

Ranking up with the Federation was fast and simple. What the hell am I doing wrong, or is this process bugged? I want my goddamn clipper!

Same here, except I'm still only a serf.
I was an outsider, then got a progression mission and completed it, got my promotion, then immediately got another one, but I completed it and didn't advance. That was days ago, and nothing since then.

I've once had the "Imperial Summons" for Summerland (Sommerland? lol) show up not once, not twice, but FOUR times in the Unavailable Missions section because I already had it.
Haven't seen a progression mission of any kind for weeks now.
Stuck at Lord and Midshipman.

I had a similar problem stuck at Knight for four days.
I asked about it on the forums and then got the mission 5 minutes later.

Been stuck at Lord for about 2 weeks now. All but given up on trying to get my Clipper. Have a small fortune from the thousands of missions I feel like I have done.

I have done missions all throughout various Empire systems, so can't be that...
