Already posted this to Reddit but I'm really bored so I'm posting it again here. While following another post to this video, I noticed this tab. It's shown me a new layer of realism I'd missed before: Each species has its own appetite and metabolism ratings. I'd assumed it would be like the Sims, where dinosaurs just slowly get hungry over time regardless of their physical traits. I see now this isn't the case! Bigger dinosaurs will require more food, and dinosaurs with a faster metabolism will need to eat more often. I also wonder if it's possible that each individual dinosaur will have its own values (which I doubt), or if gene modification will affect these ratings.
Further wondering what else is on this tab when you scroll down... Looks like there could be a bunch of other stuff that makes up the bio of a dinosaur.
I'm too excited, it's getting hard to contain it. My feet are getting tired from all this pacing of the floor.
