I'm getting genuinely excited with this game

The ability to study, manipulate and handle various meticulously made dinos... wow! For me, that's enough to get me hooked.

It's right there with flying through space.

There will be issues with expectations of the grown-ups (such as the need for lethal actions when needed) but overall all this is a GREAT idea!

In some ways I am. It will be fun, but... it won't be as good as it should be.

There are a lot of features left out that should be included. I can see it been a game which will get boring quickly because each park you create will end up looking the same thanks to lack of customisation.

Developers said they want focus on management rather than Planet Coaster's customisation.... but they've scaled customisation back too much. There should have been a nice balance.

Yeah, I'm definitely super excited as well. As I said a couple of times I've waited 15 years for this game as many others here have too. Even if it doesn't have everything I want and it probably never will, it's still gonna carry me over for another 15 years when the next one will come out [big grin]

In all seriousness though, I really, really hope that the game is successful and that they'll add a ton of extra stuff after release, and eventually develop a sequel.

This game looks amazing! I am tired of how much negativity there is in this forum. We will never get everything that everyone wants. They had limited time to build this game. For something that is 1 1/2 years from the start of development to now I am as happy as a clam with it.

I generally agree, although I'd say the negativity is based around people's excitement for the game. If people didn't care they wouldn't be worrying.

Personally, I feel (as I've said about 10 times now) that this could be the game we've all waited for. The dinosaurs ALONE are the worth the price in my opinion. And if the game isn't what we want on release, it certainly will be after a little while!
