I'm honestly having fun.

I don't think I have ever played a game that has fallen short of expectations in some areas, yet exceeded them by such a large margin in others. However, despite the missing features and balance issues, when I play ED I have FUN. I can honestly say no other game has entertained me so much, and kept me so engrossed, in a long, long time.

Despite the frustrations and missed opportunities, I'm having a blast. No two ways about it. I just hope FD sees it through and makes this game realise it's full potential. This game, already impressive in so many ways, *could* be an undeniable masterpiece.

The very fact that you're 'playing' it rather than 'test' it is tantamount to the game becoming more and more robust and bug free. The makings of an epic, highly polished and working classic, bringing many 'firsts' all over again.
