I have 26,200 Cr bounty on my head in Federal jurisdiction and was just interdicted in Xihe. I pressed H to determine my interdictor and it was a Cobra, Laura Ryan. It was designated as "No Faction". This is the first time i have been hunted by an independent bounty hunter, an ACTUAL bounty hunter! Previously I was only interdicted by killsquads of police ships and faction-aligned bounty hunters, which seemed more like privateers or factional guards. This greatly improves my immersion!

People don't usually hunt other people unless their bounty is high. Keep in that in mind. If you want this kind of behavior to be more common, go out and kill more stuff and keep that bounty rising!
