The sysmap needs a no-FC filter so the don't show. Get a system full and it's scrolltastic time.

Newcomer / Intro I'm in Solo... Why can I see a bazillion Fleet Carriers?

I personally don't see it as a problem. I love the fact that I can see other players FC's in solo mode. It gives that feeling of multiplayer without having to be in open mode.
As for the system map being full of them... well surely that's the whole point of a system map, to show everything that's in it.

Then you should have stopped right there as your opinion is worthless in regards to the discussion. Everything should be filterable in all maps and menus. It's called player agency.
