I'm locked out of my account. Ticket was made over 48 hours.

I've locked out of my account and not able to log back in. Saying not able to connect to the server. Saying my account is suspended. I've not been active over 5 months is that the reason why? ADMIN!!! please help me get back in!! I've invested money in this game!! I have two tickets already regarding this issue!!
 
when you send a ticket you should get an almost immediate e mail auto response to say they have received it else they probably did not
once you get your auto reply...……………..
your support reply proper will follow within the time specified

have you received the autoreply message acknowledging the fact you did open a support ticket?
If so, you need to wait for support to get to your case.

Anyway, they dont suspend accounts for taking a break - but they might be doing it if the account was involved something that broke the TOS, like cheating or account sharing or things like this

1: This is a discussion forum, not a support forum. Support won't respond here, but other players will generally try to help.
2: I stopped playing almost two years ago. I just returned last week. I wasn't locked out or suspended, so your five months shouldn't have caused this.
 
I'd imagine that it would more along the lines of relinking your steam or epic account with your Frontier account..

It does seem to happen and can easily be solved, but not if you don't provide more details.
 
no auto reply email response. Just status "confirming" in the ticket. but that was a few days now.

Thank you for telling me this. I don't know why FD did that then. I didn't blast anyone to bits or grief people.
 
that is odd yes they would send a warning of somekind I would have thought
please show screenshot of suspension screen and cover any sensitive info if any
also of the " confirming" ticket
as this is a bit of a mystery and is probably just an account relinking required as jack said

I can't help with the login issue, especially if it's the Frontier launcher. But the second two screen shots show you opening an issue, that is to say a bug report.

You need to contact customer support at https://customersupport.frontier.co.uk/hc/en-us/requests/new, they'll sort you out. They are really top notch and will (IME) get back to you tomorrow.

Edit: I guess you haven't left the launcher running for several days? Sometimes it happens to me if I let it run for too long. It nearly suggests some kind of network issue.

BUT how long did you wait for, that first message appears just about everytime the game is started and then goes away after a bit, but from the "fail count = 0" you haven't given it any time to go away yet

I was loggin in for the past 3-5 days with the same message. I don't really know honestly.
 
have you tried a router reset the first screen does just suggest its a connectivity issue of some type as you are getting past initial loggin ok
I would try various settings in the networking options in the meantime till the ticket answer comes
 
THANK YOU MR WINTER!! I DID IT!! GOT THE AUTO REPLY!!! Thank you all for your help!! You guys ROCK!! I'll wait for 24 hour thing and hope I get something.

I have always found the customer support service to be top notch with rapid response times the last few times I needed help, I have no doubt you will be back in game soon, the key is to use the proper reporting tool, and it looks like you are on the right track now.
