Im loving your game but.

I cant find any missions. I go from place to place . In 3 or 4 hours of play I have only found two I could do.

the commodities for me is hard to understand. were to get what to who, and not lose money in the process.

or just trying to find out what I should buy for who to make money.


but I am new I am and old gamer but this is my 1st space game. I am really loving it. I wish I had found out about it sooner .

You can always buy food from a large station that has plenty in stock and sell to a small station. This may seem tedious but you will make money and you will increase your reputation. Once your reputation is at a high enough level, the missions will open up. You can also increase your reputation by bounty hunting and selling system data.

Extraction systems extract minerals. You can move the minerals to refinery systems where they refine the systems in to metals. You can move the metals to industrial systems where they turn the metals in to machinery and tech. You can move the machinery and tech to high tech systems.

All of these systems will require food. You can buy this from agricultural systems. Agricultural systems will often want fertiliser, farming equipment (crop harvesters) and, if you're REALLY stumped, biowaste which they turn in to fertiliser.

It's common sense really. Think about how trade works on earth - what do industries require and where do they source it from.

Oooor, you can look at the right hand menu whilst in the commodities market window. Hover the mouse over an item in stock, and it will show active systems in your area that you can export to. The galactic average price gives some inclination of value you can expect.
