I have been buying different weapons and engineering them for my python. checked INARA to see what weapons go to what engineer. there is 20 on the site. though I have only 14 showing in game. I thought I had all he engineers active. am I missing something?

if you check on Inara it will show you each Engineer Bio and how you unlock them, then its just a matter of fulfilling the criteria to unlock them.
they should be showing I am admiral/duke and allied to alliance. as far as I can see I should have all 20 showing.
the sarge I should have had access to when I became midshipman. I still havnt got them showing in my list to unlock.

Note: "HOW TO DISCOVER
From Juri Ishmaak (grade 3-4). "
Meaning you have to have access to Grade 3-4 upgrades from Juri Ishmaak to learn The Sarge exists.
Then, once you reach Midshipman, you'll be invited to visit (able to land at his facility).
With the exception of the Common Knowledge Engineers, they all require some progression with other Engineers to learn about, then some prerequisite to land at their bases, then something you must donate to gain their services.
not all of the engineers relate to your SuperPower ranking or Naval Ranking, you might have to explore/undertake other areas/activities in the game to unlock them
In addition if you check in your SYSTEMS Window and under the first category "STATUS", at the bottom right is a menu for Engineers. Click on that and you can see if you have any engineers that you haven't quite unlocked yet. These though are only for ones you have been told about from other engineers.
I swore I only had Lori and Sarge left to unlock and looked in there to see Sarge isn't even listed as I haven't been told about him yet, despite almost having all the Abnormal Compact Emissions, but that I haven't unlocked Nemo which I wasn't even aware I hadn't unlocked him at all (not that I need him at all)...
