So many options! It really depends upon what you'd like to do with those huge multi-cannons.
For PvE, many choose to overcharge them and apply the corrosive shell experimental effect. It's a powerful combination. If you're looking for another application (anti-Xeno?), something else will be better.

You might also get some good ideas on the Ships & Engineers forum. It's more focused on this kind of thing, so I'd expect more thorough, well-reasoned answers. They will, however undoubtedly ask what you're hoping to do if you don't state it at the beginning of a query.

On a Corvette? Overcharged with autoloader. Spare the large magazine with corrosive for two small turrets, and/or add one with emissive.

I thought the huge MCs didn't need the autoloader?

BTW - I agree not to put corrosive on larger MCs - turret small / mediun with large magazine on a ship with huge weapons.

Short-range/overcharged + autoloader on the huge MCs. Add a small MC (gimballed or turret) with corrosive and engineer it for High Ammo Capacity to compensate for the -20% ammo that corrosive brings with it.

for PVE in resource extraction zones, I had to put
smart ammunition, and immediately I stopped hitting the police, and before that they were cleaning me all the time

Overcharged with incendiary. High cap and corrosive on a smaller MC. That's what I'd go with, personally. Autoloader experimental would go better with Rapid Fire on huge MCs, since their rate of fire is much slower than normal (you don't need to reload as often unless you up the RoF).
