I'm screwed - commander deleted and no ticketing system! Game over.

So this happened after 1.2 update or you reset your save by accident?
What do you mean no ticketing system available?
If you have a problem with your account that's not a bug report you should open a ticket at https://support.elitedangerous.com.

I think he means you don't bother to reply to tickets, which you don't.

more data needed! FD HAVE managed to get some people partially restored if deletion was due to bug or accident (as in accidental deletion not in game accident).
unless you flew without insurance......... in which case that is on you!.
I have often said however we need more protection on our saves, either by having time based backups held by FD for emergencies OR having to tap in our FD password before deletion is allowed.
too easy for a snarkey child, cheesed off wife, or a drunken mate, deleting either for giggles or for retribution!.
so you think fan forum mods should be replying to tickets? I think you are having a pop at the wrong person. (unless you know something I don't which is quite possible)
