the logic behind not including ship interiors and boarding was they thought people would find it boring or time consuming running the full length of larger ships
The taxi flies at full throttle and more efficiently than the average cmdr I've seen. And never a loop of shame.from what i hear it takes longer for the new taxi service to travel a > b than it probably would to run the length of a carrier
ok you get a free pass on thatThat was the impromptu opinion of one community manager. Not the devs, not the designers, not 'they'.
even so even it your able to walk\look around on the taxi, your still stuck in a load screenThe taxi flies at full throttle and more efficiently than the average cmdr I've seen. And never a loop of shame.
... give us unique interiors for each ship. I don't want any of that cut-and-paste interior nonsense. ...

if fDev hadnt given away for free something which a lot of us have paid for then i would have no objection to paying extra just to walk and sit on my ship
I think I agree with that, except for adding one detail: A business cabin may look the same in a Corvette as it does in a Beluga, but the rest of the ship wouldn't fit the aesthetic as it's a combat ship. And it should look a bit awkward, like it doesn't quite belong. What has to be different imo, would be the appearance of economy vs. luxury cabins as you mentioned.
But this wouldn’t be a “bonus” in my opinion, but mandatory.
An impossible task, bugs are like tax loopholes, close one and another opens.Only if it comes after sorting out the bugs and features left fallow in the wider game, and not a minute more.
