Pretty sure the Op is talking about Horizons, don't quite understand why people are going on about outposts. I can't remember the last time I used an outpost during smuggling, I can easily make 60+ million on a single run.

Some interesting points of view there all. Very many thanks for the info given. I know I could use and asp but like one poster says the clipper is a stylish ship indeed and without a doubt it's my favourite ship in the game even with its significant drawbacks.

Most non planetary missions are to outposts. The vast majority, in fact. If you take planetary missions and missions to stations, it'll be fine. You'll just be loading up a lot longer. Planetary misses, especially ones with good payout, don't spawn that often for me at Elite.

I agree. It's my favorite, as well. If it could land at outposts, I'd never fly anything else.
