Well I did it, I traded and sold my way to a Python! Feast your eyes!

And now a moment of silence for the ships that got traded away (Vulture - Sheila, ASP - Dorothy(she was harder to sell than Sheila :( ), T7 - Bessie the Space Cow)

Soon as I decide which paint to put on the new python I will name her. (I will update that here.)

Side Note: Seriously, selling Dorothy was really tough I had so much fun with her exploring, if you've seen my Explorer's log you'd know why. :( But, I am confident even greater times will be had with the lovely new Python, she's a treat to fly! Specially after 24 hours straight blundering around in Bessie :D

Ummmm: I thought there was a Vibrant Python pack, or am I just crazy?

Congratulations, you got there! Well done.

No, you're not going mad, there is a vibrant pack for the Python- they've probably just broken the store again, doubtless it will return soon.

Did the exact same thing yesterday man, but I had to sell my Vulture, Type 7, Cobra and Asp. I love mine too. REALLY love it.

I just fear that when the Diamondback arrives, i'll get impulsive and sell the Python to get it.

Enjoy it. I pretty much did the same and cleaned out my inventory to get mine too. All I have left is my trusty old Cobra(which I will never sell)But since I got my Python I haven't gotten out of the seat. It's the first one I have named. Petra the Python.

I had seen a few threads asking whether it was worth to trade in ships for it, it was pretty much a unanimous yes from the community, though it was never my intention to sell my ASP, but when I saw that I messed up my math and had already sold the Vulture and T7, I had to let her go.

Ah, thank god, I thought I was succumbing to space madness, I might go for the Pirate skin, it does look very cool, but I'm not sure yet, I'll wait till the stores fixed so I can preview the Vibrant pack first.

Yea, lol the temptation was too great, I succumbed. (let me know if theres anything I can do to help speed up the process for you, I found a good trade run I'm doing to get her geared for combat we can wing up and speed run it.)

I did, she lasted a whole 23.something hours, I'm thankful she let me grind the needed credits, but she was always going to be temporary, Besides I got the python at 274 cargo space compared to the 232 I had on Bessie, (I did the math correctly this time!) so it made sense to me to trade her in. Though she will be a fondly remembered stepping stone :)

I've had two pythons :D Congrats. The extra trading cash you can make with a trade decked python will allow you to buy the other ships back at a later date. Not to worry!

Well done. I was lucky enough to have kept my Vulture when getting a Python.. I haven't used the Vulture since then though, its parked somewhere..

So Python holds more in a medium platform than the large T7 which is advertised specifically as a trade vessel....
