The Imperial Cartographic Ministerium (ICM) is the national mapping agency for The Duval Empire and is one of the Galaxies largest producers of maps. It is a non-senatorial department, executive agency and trading fund of the government of the Duval Empire where it falls under the remit of the Ministerium Commerciorum. It can also be seconded to perform duties for the Tribunes of the Ministerium Defensionem with a Senatorial Edict.
