Does not look like it has gone anywhere.

Although you seem to require Empire space for it.

Plot in Kamadhenu or Cubeo for good measure and you should have lots of systems selling it.


You do still require rank 3 with the Empire to be able to buy one

i bought two in the last 3 weeks, but yes, you need rank in the navy!

i searched both times a little, it's strange that they don't have them in achenar, for exampel. but they are still in game.
