Imperial Cutter in Li Yong Rui Space?

I've been lucky enough for my home station of Thurston Ring in Qama to stock the Corvette in beta, but has anyone found the Cutter in LYR space? 5% extra (compared to Founder's world) off 200 million is still a decent 10 million credit discount.

Don't know, but my guess would be no. I don't know of any imperial system in Li Yong's space and you won't buy imperial ships anywhere else.
