I seen a 2B Imperial Hammer hard point for sale at Rand City in V491 Persei in outfitting it was a day old did anyone pick one up ?? i knows its an unlock on PP but never seen it listed in the open EDDB.io before

The fact that someone put it on EDDB doesn't mean you can go to that station and buy it. You still need the ALD rank and time served to do that.

Join ALD, wait 3 weeks then go kill another powers ships - 25 to be exact. Hand in the voucers at an ALD place and on once you reach 4th week you can buy.

Repeat for any other power play specific items and then either quit pp completly or join skmewhere you think looks fun. Aside from the crappy fortifcation power play has alot of bgs stuff going on and always something to do.

Edit: oops see you have rank. I usually just go to founders world for pp stuff, if you dont have permit its really worth it for easy shopping.

This is data typically collected automatically, and means nothing about restrictions. Same goes for corvette/cutter etc: if someone buys it when connected with the tool, it gets added.
