I read the FAQ where is descripted how to import tracks from rct 2 to rct 3. But I can't find that button. It should be in the 'Rides menu'. What is that menu? And where is that button?

The rides button is the button with the the ferris wheel icon on it, if you hover the mouse over the buttons then a tooltip will be displayed showing the name of the button. In the column of buttons on the left of the screen the rides button is the second from top in the bottom group, click on this and the import button is the one with the spanner (wrench) and hammer icon.
