Before posting an issue in these forums you should first do the following:

Search the forum
If your issue is not mentioned in the FAQ, it is worth checking the forums to see if someone else has encountered the same problem. You should use the search facility to search for any existing posts.
Posting your issue
If your problem is not listed in the FAQ, or has been posted (and resolved) before, then you should create a new thread describing the issue. Please keep the description as concise as possible, but be sure to include any pertinent information. For technical, rather than gameplay issues you should include your dxdiag report for your computer, to do this follow these steps:
If you see any error message when the problem occurs please provide the text of that error message or a screen shot. For blue screen errors make sure you provide any error message and any file names that are listed.
Providing clear information allows others on teh forums to help you in a more informed way.

For technical, rather than gameplay issues you should include your dxdiag report for your computer, to do this follow these steps:
- Click Start on the your Windows desktop
- Then click Run
- Type dxdiag and click Ok
- When the dxdiag utility opens, click Save all information
- You will then be prompted to save the report, you can save this anywhere on your computer
- Open the report in any text editor, such as Notepad
- Copy and paste the entire report into your thread. If the report is too big the split it between two posts - This is only exception to the no double posting rule!
