When travelling flat out in your SRV on 0.3g world it's important that you set your radar to maximum distance not the default up close.
This stops you from catapulting over the rim of a huge deep crater at over 40kmh and shouting for your mummy.
Second important safety tip is to not use all your boost trying to slow a ridiculously high descent. Mum didn't help then either.
