Impossible ExoBio generation

Came across a planet which has Cactoida in a single very small spot on said Planet. While the area in itself is large enough to possibly get 3 samples 300m apart (although just barely) it is instead filled with Concha and there are only 2 colonies of Cactoida on the entire planet and the individual plants are too close to get 3 scans out of it. It's literally impossible to scan this.
Not the first time I have noticed this sort of terrain generation either...
If a plant is generated it should be ensured the area is large enough and there are plenty enough plants in enough distance that it is possible to get 3 scans out of it.

The planets are procedurally generated from a seed, there's no way that even FDEV know what it will be like before that seed is run first first time, and that only happens when someone visits it or FDEV manually run it for the first time. There's no way for FDEV to ensure that with manually running the seed for trillions of planets and then checking to see the bio distribution, and that's not happening, what you have is just an exploration feature, I have had a few bio's that were impossible or almost impossible to get 3 samples, that's the way the procedural generation seed lands!

Yes, it's like the Schrödinger box - you only know the state of the cat when you open the box. Procgen generates uncountable possibilities and even if they were all "live" it'd take a cluster of powerful computers to analyze every possibility, which isn't feasible. Instead you run the seed and make sure it's generally plausible and define rules that ensures a maximum of generations with the least implausible outcomes.
