Impossible to land in faoff in a coriolis, orbis or ocellus station

Hi everybody Cmdrs, here is the issue tracker link of a bug report as the title of this thread. Please try to reproduce the problems(it is very easy and take few seconds) and then vote the report. There was an old report of that problem about the beta version of odyssey and that report it's intended as fixed, but after 10 update it's back again. Thanks for your attention

To the best of my knowledge rotational correction has never worked with FA Off and the FA Off landing experience as of ten minutes ago is no different than I ever recall it being during the last 7.5 years.

Normally I use a HOTAS, but I've been playing foot content almost exclusively the last several months, taking APEX most places and using nearly the default KBM bindings (I'm finding mouse roll more annoying than I remember, might have to put that back to yaw). I can still land FA Off, even if it's embarrassingly sloppy:

Everything seems to be working normally here, and my difficulties are firmly in the realm of PEBKAM.

Interesting. I fly with flight assist always off, started 3 years ago. Last time i played ED Odissey was this weekend. Did not have the problem you report. I have rotational compensation set to ON. The behaviour you describe happens to me only when, while being aligned just right, i touch the landing pad too "hard". When then happens the ship does not lock itself to the pad but rebounds and then drifts to the left.

I could be wrong, but maybe you are coming in too fast. Try to lower you descent speed and touch the landing pad really gently.

Maybe that's the problem.

Hope it helps.

It’s not a descent speed problem. I do everythings with care and very slowly, but it always happens . Also if I floating not alone nly on the pad if I turn off flight assist it happens.

I've noticed that when I switch between FA off / on while near a pad and inside a large station, I tend to get randomly flung sideways for a bit. It's annoying.
