Improve multi-crew

Improve some things in multicrew, like the possibility to use the scrab (with 2 or more scrabs), or doing some other things, like repair modules with AFMU, set a route, or other...

I wan't to be able to deploy a multicrew fighter while on the ground for air support at Guardian/Thargoid sites.
That or a twin seat srv that has a drone that the second seat can deploy and control.

You should at the very least be able to have a Multi-Crew Gunner in the SRV, I think.
