Improve visibility (lighting) whilst building

Hi guys,

First time posting on the forums so I apologize if this has already been suggested, but I think the game really needs the ability to manipulate the global lighting.

At times I find it difficult to see what I'm doing, especially when creating dramatic landscapes that cast large shadows, I have to fast forward to certain times of the day just to be able to see what I'm working on. But sometimes even that is not enough, so I guess what I'm asking for is some way to turn up the visibility of... well everything really. Just like shining a torch IRL.

Of course - I could be being a complete goof and missing an obvious tool, so again - apologies if that is the case.

Finally, I'd just like to say that I absolutely love the way the game is shaping up. Alpha 2 is a HUGE improvement over A1, you really are creating the perfect coaster sim! You should all be proud.

Cheers guys

+1
I had many issues last night building my coaster in a mountain.
The moment the sun started to go down, it was nearly impossible to work.
I had to speed up time again (Wait....) and pause when the sun was back high in the sky.
But the coaster wont test in pause so you have to unpause and watch the sun go down again [cry]

Another +1.

We need a toggle for "Construction Lighting" that would clearly illuminate whatever's within the camera's view.

Or let us test coasters in "Pause". I'd settle for that. [happy]

Maybe just an in game effect where a structure that is being built has modular lighting on it, with construction barriers around it, kind of like real construction sites. Gives you the daylight effect on whatever is in the construction zone. Although it may not be as good for overlapping attractions, it would be more like how it works in real parks. They'll typically close off construction areas to the public.
