Improved Decoration Placement?

Can we in a future update have more freedom to place decorations? This will vastly improve the game. It would also be great to place table/chairs on amenity/restroom areas that are bland and empty and other buildings within the building parameters, in water, on paths, etc.

Strangely, just as Jurassic World banners can be used to decorate the amenities and guest attractions. The Jurassic Park banners are not available.
