Improved Target Scanning

Since you can get a System Scanner to scan for every Astronomical Body, why cant we have a Ship Scanner that does the same thing but for Ships? Instead of having to individually scan every ship.

It'd be nice if you could ask [NPC] crew to scan all targets, whether they're in your ship, or in an SLF.

CMDR crew can already perform 360° scans.
