Super Cruise, it’s an amazing system, gives us the freedom to control the ship in such great speeds, it’s nothing more than… amazing and seeing those cosmic bodies pass.
Something that I would really appreciate in Super Cruise is an “Align” option, when pressing the key that is bound to "Align" the ship will automatically align to that RES, signal source, station or what ever you heading for and will exit Super Cruise when in range and throttle down to 0. It works the same way it does when the ship is automatically aligning with a star before a jump.
Keep in mind that it's a key you press, so it's fully optional, people don't have to do it if they don't want to.
