In a boom while at war...

I'm aware that turning in combat bonds and bounties, during CW/War, is the only way to increase minor faction influence.

If the faction you are supporting is in a boom state, while in conflict, does it add to the influence increases the faction gets from combat bonds and bounties that are turned in? Any known benefit to boom state during conflict?

Hi Cmdr, since the 3.3 update War/Civil War doesn't work in the same way anymore.... and to save some typing :) I'll link to a post I made that describes how things now work...

Boom is now an economic thing, separate to your security state and also whether you're in a conflict of some type. It doesn't effect the conflict directly but does provide more lucrative trade missions, even during a conflict, and improves commodity trading conditions (buy/sell prices). To answer your question directly, it won't effect the outcome of the war.
