Horizons In-game local time

The local time in the top right of the cockpit is an hour behind for me - I am in the UK so it should currently read 23:29 but it is currently saying 22:29. Is there a way to change this in the game settings or is it syncing with an internet server?

Anyone know?

clock is game clock and for missions not for your local time.

It's not local time it's UTC - you can't change it. Everyone in the galaxy is on the same clock now.
