In game player faction system

I know there are already people who use the player made site inara in turn with the sub faction system in each galaxy but having a legitimate clan system in game may prove to strengthen the player based community and make the game more appealing to New comers as a whole. Which is probably the main problem with the game right now. It's hard to get the new guys into it and have them figure out what's going on. That's why the Xbox achievements are all rare lol ppl try fail and quit the game only a few thrive and survive
