Hello Commanders!
I am working on a tool to make hooking into Elite: Dangerous events easier for developers and programmers (see my progress: https://github.com/EliteAPI/EliteAPI). This tool can be used for stuff like Discord rich presence to a galaxy-wide exploration tracker.
But in order for me to cover as many in-game events as possible, I am in need of help. I've been able to add 87 events based on my own Journals myself already, but there are many more in the game, which is why I am in need of other people's Player Journals.
Player Journals, if you weren't aware, are JSON based log files outputted by the game. Every new entry in the Journal is a new in-game event like docking or buying a new ship.
They do not output any of your credentials, they do output chat messages however, but if it's any assurance I will only plug them in a machine which outputs the events, nothing more.
If you feel like helping out, please drop your (preferably largest and most up-to-date) Player Journals below.
