In space no one can hear you scream!

And even if they could they still wouldn't because it's so so empty! Ok so space is vast there's a lot of it so there should be a fair old bit of emptiness but not everywhere.

I had one experience a few weeks ago when i flew to a resource extraction zone and all hell broke loose. There were ships everywhere and it was epic. I remember at the end the awesome feeling of satisfaction and thinking this is why i bought this game.

But this is isolated i want more of it. I'm not saying cram space full of stuff but like many others have voiced, there needs to be a hell of a lot more going on. Busy well patrolled trade lanes between stations or less direct less patrolled routes where the less law abiding are to be found. Anarchies where only the foolish or well armed dare to tread. They are at least when i last visited anything but. The game needs feeling and meaning. Things seem a little bit random at the moment.

I'm patient though. I know this is still early days and the good times are coming, which raises the question why are they releasing this now when there is still so much to do? I understand that games continue to evolve and release dates mean little as a result. Trouble is many don't, they still see it as the end product. Will they buy into the future promise? I hope so because i really want to see this reach the potential it has.

Damn straight - I flew for at least three minutes without seeing a single fly-through McDonalds! Completely unrealistic and immersion ruining if you ask me.
