The title basically says it all, really, but here's the long version...
This was my first community challenge. I finally was able to pick up the game the day before the Pandamonium challenge started.
I've been in the top column since day 3 of the community challenge and had all of the other rewards for breeding Pandas. However, I've never been able to get that last reward, and even after the even, when everything is done and the event even admits that I was in the top 10% of contributors, I'm still unable to receive the last reward for the Pandamonium Challenge. With the amount of effort I put into breeding them, it's pretty disheartening to see that according to everything I can find out online, I should have gotten the last reward.
I feel like I spent a lot of time breeding pandas that I could have spent concentrating on other animals if I wasn't going to get any further rewards, so can someone clue me into what extra details regarding the last reward I seem to be missing or how to claim it (Unable to do so from ANY of my franchise zoos).
EDIT: The challenge has been over for several hours... never got the reward.

Sorry for the delayed reply. It was 31. Observation tells me either tons of people are participating in the challenges and submitting roughly the same number of animals, or once you hit a certain tier, you cannot fall below that tier of rank...
