In what ways will we be allowed to skip 99% of Odyssey content by spamming relog?

Will we be able to partially raid a base and then spam relog at a treasure chest to repeatedly collect loot, like with Dav's Hope or the Jameson Crash site?
IIRC, we used to have to scan bases to get data, but it's been so long I can't remember.

Lol its not even released for another 6 months and already people are scheming up ways to exploit and break it. I'm sure something cheesy will be discovered. It is a game and it is made by frontier so theres that. Hopefully HOPEFULLY the gameplay is interesting enough and rewarding enough that relogging to collect some trinket 50 times doesn't become the primary mode of playing. If we end up with a repeat of the gaurdian pattern epsilon data situation, than i will consider the design an abject failure.

No, we must speculate every aspect of Odyssey. Then get upset when someone doesn't take our expert speculation as gospel, or worse, puts up a counter speculation that differs from ours (the hideous cads). And in very short time these speculations will become lore, just so certain people can get all upset and ranty when the DLC does drop because it bears zero resemblance to the fantasy they have been talking about for the last 6 months.

Then, and only then can they utter the infamous DD phrase: 'But FD promised ...'

It sounds like quite a few CMDRs will have access to Alpha so I guess we'll find out then. If not, Beta.

You can do whatever you like in Elite and Odyssey by setting the "Options/Credits/David Braben/God Mode" to "Enabled".
