In which system should I claim my bounty?

Galactic Travellers Organisation is a Player Minor Faction.
They are only present in one system: Sokojiu
It looks like the Player Group was actively doing things until late July, and since then someone has been working against them.
They had a war two weeks ago which they lost, and have been sliding down the influence hill since then. Curently sitting on 7.6% influence, I would say the Players have given up.
Donating a single small bounty wont help them much, they're on life support.

Thank you, I thought Interstellar Factors was useful only when you are wanted and have to pay a fine but it works for claiming bounty too.
