Inaccessible Buildings

Can't figure out why the buildings on the right are are inaccessible?
I moved a vendor around, and he can walk on all parts of the path, even under the monorail .. if I connect the path that lead off screen to the right, it works fine .. but this connection here doesn't work.

Do you have a mechanic that can get to that path? I had the same problem and it turned out that the mechanic I had was in a different area of the zoo with no connecting paths to the "unaccessable" item.

ive gotten it to work but .. it was a pita .. it had something to do with the queue on the ride, which was on a ramping path, either that or when I widened and curved the corners ..
