Newcomer / Intro Inara Down?

I cant use the Inara website for some reason. Is it me or is it down?

How long does it take for Inara to update my cargo etc.?

How are you linking to it? You need something to send the data to Inara. I use EDMC.

You can also auto-link your account with Frontier and import data that way. Sometimes it takes a day or two to see the update. More dockings help push this along. You can also manually import data if you need it now. Like if using EDMC, just click update in the overlay and it should update now. Or Frontier click 'Import Frontier Data'.

It can take some time to see it on Inara.

I use EDMC but also Inara is linked to my frontier account before I started using EDMC. It shows what I had recently but not today's new cargo. I updated EDMC but Inara is not showing my new cargo? Just noticed EDMC is saying I am not docked at a station! so it may work after I dock?

Like I said it can take some time, and Inara's just been through some sort of maintenance. If you absolutely need this info now why not look in your right hand panel? Otherwise it should update soon.

it still has not updated. EDMC is uptodate and is linked via api to inara. Also inara is linked to my frontier account. I want to confirm my crafting materials.

You can always (or at least with some minor cooldown) click ”Import Frontier data” on Inara if you have linked your account. This will update your information. Otherwise it auto-updates every 48 hours if I do not misremember - assuming that setting is on.

why is inara showing my python at its last destination instead of where I transported it to? I did it ages ago and was notified it had arrived at the new destination.

Inara has significant lag on some of the data. After you manually import data from Frontier, it gets some things up-to-date, but other things can be days old and take a few days to catch up.
