Inara icon

Hello,

I was working on building my next journey in Inara and noticed an icon on the bodies tab.

I assume the icon represents the light and dark side of the body. Could someone confirm my assumption and identify which part of the icon represents the dark and light side of the icon?

The light side is the one facing the star... If the body has normal rotation it will not have a fixed light & dark side.
It looks like the icon there is indicating N & S polar regions.

Yeah, the icon looks like one of those unlandable HMCs with polar caps. Which is weird in this case since since it apparently doesn't have an atmosphere.

It's just a general icon for the body/planet (a planet with polar caps), there are other different icons only for the gas giants, moons/small orbiting bodies, stars, and asteroid belts. It's only a rough hint what body type it is, there is nothing more in it.
