I want to find out what Mrs Farseer needs.
I checked a list of condiments on Inara and some of them are showing 0%
Is it correct to say these particular items are not required for the engineers?

Also, read a screed how to scan a beacon. Tried it but no go. I believe I just target the beacon and get really close then back away till the scan starts. Doesn't happen. Any ideas for me please?

If you're talking about a nav beacon, make sure you target the actual object, not it's HUD indicator. Look for the white object on your radar and target that, should work then.

To target the nav beacon, you have to drop into it's instance, and then select it from your Contacts panel. Point the nose of your ship at it, and it will then scan.

Tried those according to your descriptions. But nothing. I usually fly around a system and explore the un-explored. But scanning a nav beacon, I have not done yet.
Yes, the nav beacon. Are there other types of beacons?
can't try yet. FD has a server problem in Australia.
