Engineers Inara is wrong somewhere. Who does G5 power distributor?

Marco Qwent - max grade 3

Hera Tani - max grade 3

So who does it? I haven't unlocked Marco yet and haven't visted The Dweller yet. I don't know which one I should work on.

As already clearly said, The Dweller. I did want to add that many of the Power Distributor upgrades only go to G3 (such as Engine focused).
