Inara no longer updating my location?

Just wondering if anyone else has had issues with Inara not updating their current position? It's updating everything else apart from where I currently am. I'm well out into the black and am currently at an undiscovered location but I'm presuming that it should still show on Inara though? I've tried resetting the link between my ps4 account and Inara but still no luck.

I wonder if it's because it doesn't recognise where you are as a real place yet. I suspect valid systems are taken from a database such as EDSM and if the system you're in isn't on whatever database Inara uses, it probably doesn't see where you are.

That was true when it was PC log file imports only but not with CAPI Fdev supported functions, the CAPI is used on EDSM as well...
Whats more likely is that the CAPI data is just corrupted for a specific day so won't import...
Which as stated on inara import page can happen on Fdev side...

Inara doesn't have in its database every system out there, nor it is aiming to do so. It seems to be only meant for populated systems with stations and not for exploration (you can't even view celestial bodies on Inara), so if you're heading out of the bubble I assume you reach a certain distance that leaves Inara's database.
