Inara Signature Image

Hi

Ive created an Inara account and activated the option to have the pilot stats image thing in my signature block. I've added the given URL link to my signature on this forum, but though it shows on my signature options in my profile, it's not adding the image to my signature block in posts. Does it take a while to show up?

Use the upload button and copy the url in it. How I got mine to work.

Got it to work.

Using the the URL upload didn't work, so I inserted the image manually using the sig meta tag things.

Right so yesterday I was promoted to Pioneer in my exploration rank. I changed that on my inara settings so that on the inara signature page my new rank is shown. I copied the image URL and updated my signature block on this forum. But despite this, my signature block in this forum still has my exploration rank as Ranger. It should say Pioneer, reflecting what my signature image on the inara page has.

Its been over 24 hours since I changed the image on my inara settings, so why is this forum still showing my previous inara signature box, with Ranger?

Go on Inara and disable your signature then renable it.

You have not updated your Forum signature.

I've found my mistake.

I thought we we had a choice of two methods: 1) Upload signature image, or 2) Insert signature image.

I think I've realised now that you have to upload an image and then insert the image.
