Include reason for denying docking

ATC frequently says "ing request denied", more informative would be "docking denied due to traffic", and the player doesn't have to frantically high tail it due to the illicit something on his person, or if no illegals onboard wonder what it is that's causing ATC to deny it landing permission.

There are only 2 reasons AFAIK. First you tried to dock without permission and need to wait a few seconds for your infraction to clear, it tells you when clear. Or there are no pads.

Yeah but a little symbol on the station when you select it would be nice, so as not to waste time going through the menus. Little green Square near it for go red for no go !

Sorry correction to spelling, "docking denied due to traffic" should be "ing denied due to traffic"

The most suitable way of it will be:

"Docking request denied" informing through voice
The reason is by text on coms or on the place where now we see "Docking denied" message (coms are more suitable and fits the whole game manner actually).

I usually ask for docking within 5 KM of the station, I guarantee you from certain vantage points, you can see all the docking bays from that vantage. When it kicks back the automated, "Docking Denied" I can see all the pads are currently being occupied.

I usually take that moment to freshen my drink, or take a bio-break. By the time I get back to the desk and re-request, I get a granted.

I think that might be a bug. I remember this occurring with a previous update.

a noob has no idea why docking is being denied, as a noob I was terrified of this due to illicit cargo onlly to realise later WITH EXPERIENCE that its a traffic issue, and now I'll take a p-i-s-s-h as you recommended.

Exactly not everyone has spent Months playing - some people are completely new to the game !
